Why Tyre Fitting & Wheel Balancing Are Workshop-Based
Unlike our roadside tyre repairs, fitting new tyres means balancing the wheel on a fixed wheel balancer — computerised equipment that detects heavy spots and tells us exactly where to attach weights so the wheel spins smoothly. That, alongside our tyre changer for mounting and a bead sealer for sealing the tyre on the rim, is what a mobile van simply can’t carry. Proper wheel balancing helps prevent steering vibration, uneven tyre wear and premature suspension wear — which is why it’s included as standard with every fitting, not an optional extra.

We supply and fit tyres in a wide range of brands, sizes and budgets. We’re a fully approved Landsail stockist. Many common tyre sizes are available the same day, and we can source most other brands and sizes quickly. What to Expect
Drive in or drop off — either works. We’ll inspect the existing tyres, confirm the replacement, fit the new tyre using our workshop equipment, balance the wheel, check the tyre pressure and make sure everything is ready before you leave. If your vehicle has TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System), we’ll check whether the system needs resetting after fitting and carry this out where applicable. If your tyre’s come via our roadside repair service because it wasn’t repairable, just let us know and we’ll have it ready to go.
