What if the accident was my fault?

It doesn’t matter — we manage the recovery and storage regardless of fault. How liability is settled is between you and the insurers; our job is to take care of the vehicle and the process either way.

Will I have to pay anything upfront?

In most cases, no. Recovery and storage costs are typically recovered directly from the relevant insurance company. We’ll be clear about this when you call.

How long will my vehicle be in storage?

That depends on how quickly the insurance company arranges collection — we coordinate with them directly to keep things moving, so you’re not chasing it yourself.

Can I get a hire car if the accident wasn’t my fault?

If you’re the non-fault party, you may be able to get a like-for-like replacement vehicle while your own vehicle is being repaired or your claim is being dealt with. Depending on your circumstances, this may be provided as a hire car, courtesy car or credit hire vehicle. We can explain your options and, where applicable, help arrange this as part of the claims process.

What’s the difference between Accident Recovery and Accident Management?

Accident Recovery is the physical move from the scene — damaged vehicle, can’t drive, needs recovering safely. Accident Management is what happens after: secure storage, liaising with insurers, and keeping everything moving while the claim is sorted. The two services work together; one call covers both.

Will you speak to my insurance company for me?

Yes — we liaise directly with insurers on recovery and storage so you’re not left chasing them yourself.

Do I have to use my insurer’s recovery company?

No — you can choose your own recovery operator after an accident. If you call us directly, we recover your vehicle and manage the process from there. Your insurer is informed once the vehicle is safe and stored.

Can you arrange repairs?

For lighter damage we can often arrange repairs in-house or through a trusted partner. For more significant damage we’ll advise what’s needed and help coordinate through the claim.

Can I choose where my vehicle is stored?

Usually yes. If your insurer hasn’t already instructed otherwise, we can recover your vehicle to our secure storage, your preferred garage or another agreed destination. We’ll explain the options when you call.
